Overview
This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning, refunding, or exchanging products purchased from KBS Sportswear Pty Ltd via our website, email, or social media platforms. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- Email sales@kbsportswear.co.nz with your order number and wait for return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom-made or personalised teamwear (unless proven faulty)
- Sale or discounted items (including items purchased with a promo code)
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition
- Orders placed with incorrect sizing, where a sizing chart was available
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for full-priced items that are defective or damaged.
- Exchanges are for the same product only
- If the requested size/item is unavailable, a refund may be offered
- Processing can take 7–14 business days from receiving your return
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you receive incorrect or faulty goods:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include supporting evidence (photos or detailed description).
- If approved, KBS will remake or replace the item at no extra cost.
- Faulty items must be returned before replacements are issued.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after artwork approval and production has commenced.
- All custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your account.
- Contact your card issuer or bank.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your provider.
- If unresolved, contact sales@kbsportswear.com.au for assistance.
Refunds(If Approved)
Once returned items are received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your provider.
- If payment was made through Humm or similar services, allow an additional 3–5 business days.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
- Tracked shipping is highly recommended.
- If your return is approved for exchange, the replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
Ownership & Risk
All goods remain the property of KBS Sportswear Pty Ltd until full payment is
received and cleared. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Final Rights
KBS reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet this policy. We are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly and promptly.
