Here at KBS customer satisfaction is our number one priority which means our quality control standards are very high. Fit, comfort and producing a quality product is always our main concern when it comes to our customers and garment quality which ensures our brand reputation is maintained.

These garment quality control standards that will be outlined in this process will be consistently the same throughout all products manufactured for KBS and all garments in future will have to pass these standards before leaving our offshore manufacturing facility. Once they arrive to KBS headquarters our team then physically re checks every garment to ensure the product quality is up to standard.

With so many quality control processes involved in the manufacture of our products, we require highly trained factory workers to only participate on our orders. They must be confident in their individual jobs and will maintain KBS standards, these processes need to be regularly checked by a manager or a Quality Control Specialist before the next process is executed.

Brief outline:

Before manufacture begins

When the raw materials arrive at the factory, we ensure material is checked for overall quality, faults that may have been missed or overlooked, size, colour. We ensure the materials are always consistent and never change as this is very important for KBS and our clients that choose from sample swatches and colour charts.

Mid-Production

At the mid-point of the manufacture, spot checks are performed for overall make quality as the products progress through the production line.

Post Production

Pre-shipment inspections are the last time quality can be checked in China and is essential that the product looks as expected, the colours consistent, the stitches are holding, the workmanship is tidy and most importantly the final product matches our spec sheets. We have brought this quality control procedure into place to ensure these steps are taken seriously, if we/you find any faulty product it will be automatically dismissed and will be replaced at no extra cost.

Overall Quality

Examining the strength of the final product. Seams and/or stitching must be neat tidy and strong, and all products must be produced to the same size and high quality standard.
