Our general minimum is 10 pieces, but this can vary depending on the product. Please reach out to us or your sales representative for accurate information specific to your order.
Once you're happy with the artwork and have sent through your sizing info, our team will send an order confirmation email for you to review and approve. Please check all details thoroughly, as we do not proceed to production until this confirmation has been approved.
Most online stores are Pre-Orders and will take up to 8 weeks from the store closure date to be delivered.
Make sure you’ve read and understood the pre-order terms and delivery timeframes. Delivery times are displayed on each team store, as timeframes may vary from store to store.
You can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 weeks for sublimated products, and 8–10 weeks for cut and sew items or custom accessories. Timeframes may vary depending on the product, so please contact us or your sales representative for accurate delivery details.
A $30 refundable fee is required upfront before any artwork can begin. We aim to deliver all custom graphic visuals within 3–5 working days, though turnaround times may vary depending on our current workload and the complexity of your design. For custom cultural artwork, please allow up to 10–12 working days. For urgent requests or specific timeframes, please contact your KBS representative to discuss your needs.
All logos must be supplied in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF) to ensure clear, high-quality printing on garments.
If you're unable to provide these formats, our in-house design team can redraw your logo for $50.00 + GST per logo. You’ll also receive the final files for future use.
Yes! Absolutely. We offer a wide range of colours to suit most team palettes. If you require a specific colour, please provide your team’s PMS colour code when placing your order.
If this information isn’t provided, you grant KBS permission to colour match based on the artwork provided.

Yes, there is a one-off $50 +GST setup fee per logo, but the transfers are included in the price of the hats and backpacks.
